Water radiolysis – a computational approach

  • Description of the research topic

    The aim of the present project is to simulate the elementary chemical reactions following radiolysis of bulk water or water clusters using ab initio molecular dynamics techniques. These reactions include those that involve reactive intermediates, radicals and ionic species.
