Description of the research topic
Well-defined multifunctional macromolecules provide unique opportunities for the preparation of various novel materials which have not existed before. Polymers possessing multiple functional groups are especially promising for such purposes. Such macromolecules can be considered as multifunctional nanoparticles, which can be utilized by their chemical reactions to obtain new materials with unique structures and properties. This challenging research topic includes the investigation of such novel macromolecular materials. The actual research topic will be set after discussing with the applicant.
