This summer, the PhD Hub consortium is preparing activities aimed at strengthening its university-business cooperation locally.
First, each local hub will develop strategies to ease knowledge transfer and meet the needs of business and university partners. The development of these strategies will be inspired by the university-business cooperation guide and the guidelines on international cooperation in doctoral studies, both developed in the frame of the project.
Subsequently, each local hub will invite a cluster of business partners, universities, PhD candidates and supervisors to attend the PhD Hub local seminars. The local seminars are awareness-raising events that will help build stronger links locally to plan cooperation in a strategic and result-oriented way. This will create relevant research activities that can be adopted by business entities, providing a common ground to expand university-business cooperation.
