Following the general kick-off meeting, the consortium of the PhD Hub will meet again on the 30th and 31st of May at the Birmingham City University. We will have two days of work sessions. The consortium will discuss the results delivered to set the framework of the university-business and international cooperation, as well as the initiation of the local PhD Hubs. In addition, an important part of the meeting will focus on the work conducted by the University of Alcalá for outlining the feature and technical blueprint of a highly ambitious platform connecting business and academia locally and at European level. This will initiate the process of developing the online platform, led by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with the support of Microsoft and LSI Software.
Furthermore, the consortium will attend the European Innovation Fest, hosted by our partner Birmingham City University. This is a perfect occasion to share good practices with inspirational speakers and engage in networking with potential PhD Hub business and university partners.
