The Department of Computer Science of the School of Sciences of IHU, was established in 2019 as a result of the merger of four institutions in Macedonia with law 4610/2019.
The teaching and research staff of the department consists of well accredit scientists who ensure the high level of education and training of its students and of its graduates.
The Department, located in the beautiful, amphitheatrically built city of Kavala, has the required infrastructure and equipment that is constantly updated /increased.
The four Research Laboratories, the Postgraduate study programs as well as the Doctoral study program that it has, ensures the most complete education and training of its students through their active involvement in the research processes.
